Our Process
RMRC is able to provide this enjoyable and tidy shopping experience through the work of our participants that have intellectual disabilities as well as our eager staff members. This process is two-fold. First, the participants of the RMRC job training programs sort the donations from the community with the aid of their job coaches, and then help organize them into categories for sale. Second, these individuals, along with the friendly sales associates, put items out for sale, and continually watch for places in need of organization.

There are many ways to get involved at RMRC! Individuals, groups, and organizations can support RMRC by donating to the store, volunteering, or simply trying to shop at Ruby Mountain Stores before moving on to department stores.
